Contact
If the app shows a diagnostic ID, include it in your email. It helps us look up the relevant scan, purchase, or reading state without asking for a palm photo.
Purchase Or Reading Help
If a purchase succeeded but the full reading is not visible, open Palmlens and use Purchase Help, Recover Pending Reading, or the in-app Support screen first. Those flows can recover owed readings tied to the original App Store transaction.
Include in your email:
- Your support diagnostic ID, if the app shows one.
- Whether the issue happened after scanning, buying, restoring, or opening a saved reading.
- The approximate date and time of the purchase or failed recovery attempt.
Scan Help
- Use bright, even light.
- Keep your palm flat and fully visible.
- Open your fingers enough for the main lines to show.
- Retake the photo if the app says the image is blurry, dark, or incomplete.
Do not email palm photos unless support specifically asks for a safer alternative. Diagnostic IDs are the preferred way to investigate most issues.
Privacy
Palmlens is designed so raw palm photos are processed transiently and are not intentionally stored long term by Palmlens-controlled systems. Read the Privacy Policy for more detail.
Refunds
Palmlens purchases are processed through Apple. If you need a refund, use Apple's purchase support flow. If you believe a paid reading is still owed, contact Palmlens support with your diagnostic ID before requesting a refund so we can check recovery options.
